Quality Inspection

  • Manual/Electric Wheelchairs: All goods are thoroughly inspected for manufacturing defects before packing and dispatch. Products are shipped directly from our outlet to the end customer, avoiding the concept of direct shipping from a warehouse.
  • Shipping Process: Goods are packed securely at our outlet and handed over to our logistics partner, Blue Dart.
  • Customer Updates: Package images and shipping details, including docket numbers, are shared with the buyer via WhatsApp and email for transparency.
  • Logistics Partners: Blue Dart Express Service & VRL Logistics Ltd.

Refund Policy

  • Returns: Returns are accepted only for transit damages reported by the receiver at the time of delivery. Sufficient photo or video evidence must be provided by the receiver/buyer.

Refund Process

  1. Once transit damage is reported, our delivery partner will collect the goods from your location.
  2. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account within the stipulated timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.
